WILL YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes! We ship worldwide to every country and every city. No matter where you live, we will get the product out to you!  


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Please allow approximately 7-14 working days from the date of ordering (Monday to Friday) Items are not shipped out on holidays or Sundays. International deliveries may exceed this period, please allow up to 14 working days from the date of ordering. Shipments vary due to availability of merchandise – Availability of merchandise will be clearly noted on the item if applicable


PLEASE ALLOW 14 BUSINESS  DAYS BEFORE CONTACTING US ABOUT AN ORDER STATUS.


● You must only contact us via the contact section which can be found at the top right hand corner of the store page. 

● Our aim is to reply to emails within 48 hours, in busy periods we may exceed this, please be patient, someone will contact you.

● Any posts made to the social networks will be removed, repeat offenders may be banned or blocked.

Please note: once an order has been placed, we can not change any details of your order, such as the following:

● The product purchased.

● The size of the item.

● The shipping address.

● Adding or subtracting any items to your order.

● The shipping method, or time of delivery.


WHERE'S MY ORDER? 
Most likely it is on it’s way. If it’s been over 2 weeks (for UK orders) or 4 weeks (for international), contact us and we’ll send you a tracking number.


MY ORDER IS DEFINITELY LOST. CAN YOU SEND ME ANOTHER? 
Unfortunately we do not take responsibility for any orders lost in the post. All UK orders are sent 2nd Class Recorded Delivery so should hopefully make it to your door. If you really think your order has been lost, get in touch and we’ll send you the tracking number. Then you’ll have to take it up with Royal Mail.

International orders are sent using Royal Mail Airmail and are not able to be tracked. Again, for this reason we take no responsibility for lost parcels. If you really want to get an international order tracked, contact us and we’ll aim to sort it out for you. 

I ORDERED A T-SHIRT AND IT'S TOO SMALL / BIG. CAN I SWAP IT? 
If the t-shirt is too small, lay off the burgers and walk more. If it’s too big, eat more burgers and walk less.

Dont agree? Fair enough, how about selling it to a friend?

You have no friends? Tough crowd, because unfortunately we dont do returns right now :( so please check our Sizing Chart which can be found at the top right hand corner of our store page for correct measurements and everything should fit you snuggly.


WHY ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS BLACK & WHITE OR MINIMAL? 
Shystie likes clean and classic looks and as shes The Queen, until she wants illuminous yellows and neon greens, you're out of luck we're afraid.


GARMENT WASHING.

We recommend that printed garments are washed inside-out at 30 degrees.


THE PRODUCT I WANT IS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT BE BACK?
We try to restock as frequently as possible. We will Tweet and Facebook when items are back in stock, so make sure you're following the links!
